When orders have been taken and summarised, CyBake 3 creates the necessary production requirements. CyBake 3's recipe module instructs operatives on the ingredients, mixes, quantities and even preparation methods required to fulfil your production order.
Recipes
Complex multi-level recipes can be stored within CyBake 3 with our unique ‘used-in’ method by linking all base ingredients, mixes, sub-mixes, finishing products and even labour to your finished products. Recipe costing is also achieved when ingredient costs are updated from CyBake 3's purchasing module.
Purchasing
With CyBake 3, you can create purchase orders, schedule deliveries from your suppliers, track the latest ingredient costs, match invoices to delivery notes and send all purchase transactions to your accounts software package.
Stock control
CyBake 3 provides complete ‘theoretical’ ingredients stock management. Accurate stock-in data is attained by checking deliveries in through CyBake 3's purchasing module and stock out records are updated when a production requirement is generated.
